About Us

Our founder, Ares, was a traumatized child. He was born when Hera impregnated herself in order to get Zeus jealous. Due to his violent, angry nature, his own father, Zeus, as well as many of the other gods disliked him. His thirst for war and bloodshed is what led him to found our institute.

Although the Greeks have no affection for the God of War, the Romans hold his alter ego, Mars, in high regard. Ares was a ferocious fighter and had animal-like instincts, although he was inept at fighting other gods. Aphrodite, his lover, is one of the few Deities that does not dislike him.

About our Founder

Ares, the God of War, was born in Thrace, as the son of Zeus and Hera, both of whom detested him. Ares preferres the din of battle to all other music, and finds delight in the toils and dangers of war.The Romans, who glorified war and battle, liked Mars (Roman for Ares) much better than the Greeks liked Ares. The Spartans call him Ares Enyalios (the warlike), while in Olympia he is known as Ares Hippios, god of horses. With the exception of Aphrodite and the deities who accompany him in battle, he is a hated figure among Olympians. Ares went into battle in heavy armor, either on foot or driving a chariot, accompanied by his sons Phobos and Deimos (Fear and Panic); his bloodthirsty sister Enyo, goddess of war; his sister Eris, goddess of strife; and the Keres, the goddesses of death who wandered the battlefield in search of bodies to carry off to Hades, god of the dead. Ares also had many other children who ended up being killed in their thirst for malevolence. Ares' arch-enemy is Athena, the wise goddess who bested him many times through her skill and intellect.
